You will help with routine account services, explain products, and support online and mobile banking while maintaining accuracy and a professional demeanor.

The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, handling routine transactions, and collaborating with branch staff to ensure smooth operations and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with 1–3 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of Credit Union account and loan services, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent member service, communication, and public relations skills; professional appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain consumer auxiliary accounts and assist with online and mobile banking needs.
• Support members with branch technology and process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wire transfers, cashier’s checks, and other account services.
• Maintain balanced cash drawer, demonstrate transaction accuracy, and complete audits and supporting documentation.
