UCCU is seeking an MSR to deliver exceptional member experiences across in-person and digital channels. You will open and maintain consumer accounts, assist with online banking, and help members with a range of transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.

You will balance a cash drawer, perform audits, and support loan servicing while upholding regulatory requirements. A strong focus on service, communication, and professional conduct is essential to strengthen member

Competenze

• You are a high school graduate or equivalent with 1–3 years of related experience in consumer banking and account services.
• Knowledge of Credit Union accounts, loans, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Excellent member service, communication, and public relations skills with a professional appearance and attitude.

Mansioni

• Open and maintain consumer auxiliary accounts and handle a variety of account services (deposits, withdrawals, loans, transfers).
• Balance cash drawer, maintain transaction accuracy, complete audits and documentation.
• Assist members with online and mobile banking and branch technology support.
• Provide information and guidance on Credit Union products and services; deescalate issues as needed.
• Support loan servicing activities (payoffs, address changes, collateral releases, due date changes) and ensure branch operations run smoothly.
