Job summary

Utah Community Credit Union is seeking an MSR to deliver outstanding member experiences across in-person, phone, text, and email interactions. You will assist with a broad range of banking services—from account maintenance to loan payments—while upholding accuracy and professionalism.

You will build long-term member relationships, explain programs, and advise on suitable Credit Union products. The role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years of similar experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Credit Union account and loan services, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent member service, communication, and public relations skills; professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions, address concerns, deescalate issues, and resolve member requests.
• Open and maintain consumer accounts and assist with deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Provide information on products/services and counsel on money management as applicable.
• Support branch operations, balance cash drawer, and complete reports and audits.
