Job summary

UCCU in American Fork seeks an MSR I to deliver exceptional member service and handle a range of banking transactions in person. You will help members with accounts, loans, and online/mobile banking while maintaining accuracy and security in daily cash handling.

You will work closely with branch colleagues to ensure smooth operations, audits, and records, while building lasting relationships through professional communication and a service-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with 1–3 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of Credit Union account and loan services, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent member service, communication, and public relations skills; professional appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member experience by answering questions, deescalating issues, resolving requests, and offering products and services.
• Open and maintain consumer accounts; assist with online and mobile banking needs and branch technology.
• Balance cash drawer, complete audits and documentation, and follow branch opening/closing procedures.
• Build long-term member relationships through prompt, courteous communication and accurate assessments of needs.
