Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of Credit Union account and loan services, policies, procedures.
• Excellent member service, communication and public relations skills.
• Strong typing and proficient computer skills; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide banking services with accuracy, professionalism, and care.
• Open/maintain consumer accounts; assist online and mobile banking needs.
• Balance cash drawer; process deposits, withdrawals, and other services.
• Build long-term member relationships via prompt, courteous communication.
• Support branch operations; complete audits and required documentation.
