Job summary

UCCU in Heber, Utah is seeking a MSR I to deliver exceptional member experience by offering a wide range of banking services with accuracy and care. You will open and maintain accounts, support online/mobile banking, process deposits and card transactions, and help with loan payments and fraud issues.

Build relationships with members and work with branch staff to ensure smooth operations. This role emphasizes compliance, attention to detail, and ongoing training to stay informed about products

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of Credit Union account and loan services and related regulatory requirements.
• Excellent member service, professional appearance and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
• Open and maintain consumer accounts and support branch transactions.
• Assist with online and mobile banking needs and technology.
• Balance cash drawer, complete audits, and maintain documentation.
• Support loan servicing activities including payments and changes.
