Job summary

Planet Fitness seeks a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests in our Judgement Free Zone. You will assist with check-ins, answer calls, manage memberships, and promote memberships while maintaining club cleanliness and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them through sign-ups, answering inquiries, and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assisting them with any questions or concerns as they check in.
• Help promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor and offering assistance.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership related functions (sign-ups, updates, cancellations, payments, transfers).
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct member tours to assess needs and promote memberships.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities; sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.
