Responsibilities

• Open and maintain various account types for new and existing members.
• Process tax-advantaged accounts, wires, and foreign currency transactions.
• Provide Notary Public services as requested and educate members on products.
• Balance cash drawer and operate drive-through as needed.
• Assist with member disputes, online access issues, and CXone support.
• Engage with the community and refer affordable financial services when appropriate.
