Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred – Bachelor’s degree, CCUE Certification, or Associate of Arts/Science via NC-CTP.
• Demonstrates SECU core values; aptitude for meeting people and earning trust.
• Must complete Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements.
• Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional manner via in-person, phone and digital channels.
• Process transactions and balance a cash drawer per Performance Measurement Criteria.
• Operate drive-through window as needed and assist with other branch duties.
• Balance vaults, ATMs, teller cash dispenser, and coin sorter; verify deposits.
• Process wire transfers and handle foreign currency; troubleshoot account issues.
• Interact with other departments to fulfill member requests; maintain records and filing.
