Job summary

You will balance cash, educate members on products, and participate in community events to grow SECU's presence. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with emphasis on confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in account maintenance and branch procedures.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in account maintenance and opening all account types for new members while following procedures.
• Open and process maintenance on tax-advantaged accounts and process wire transfers.
• Provide Notary Public services as requested by management.
• Engage with community events to enhance Credit Union presence.
• Educate members on products and services and make referrals as appropriate.
• Balance cash drawer and process transactions across service channels.
