Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Minimum 2 years of SECU or related experience preferred.
• Must be able to balance a cash drawer and handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process account maintenance and opening for new members.
• Balance vault, ATM, and teller cash drawer.
• Assist members with service requests in person, by phone, and online.
• Provide information about products and services and offer referrals as appropriate.
