Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Member Center Associate to engage members, process accounts, and cross-sell services. You will educate members on mobile, online, and ATM options, while resolving inquiries with a courteous, proactive approach.

The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work Saturdays, with opportunities to grow in a community-focused credit union.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred; banking experience preferred.
• Ability to document numbers and names accurately.
• Saturday hours required.

Responsibilities

• Opens and maintains deposit accounts including savings, checking, certificates, and specialty accounts.
• Completes loan and new account applications, loan interviewing and funding.
• Builds consumer loan packages with attention to detail to ensure they are error free.
• Achieves personal sales goals by cross-selling platform products and making partner referrals.
• Troubleshoots and resolves member inquiries in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner.
• Educates members on emerging and existing credit union technology and digital solutions.
• Achieve outbound calls to educate members on technology and assist with financial goals.
• Participates in community development activities and compliance training.
