Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience preferred; previous customer service required.
• Strong interpersonal communication, courtesy, tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to operate a ten-key calculator by touch.
• Availability to work core hours, including Saturdays.
• Troubleshoot smartphones/tablets/PCs and assist with online/mobile banking after training.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions in lobby and drive-thru environments.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts; process loan applications.
• Cross-sell products and refer to insurance, investments and mortgage.
• Resolve member issues and provide superior service.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and resources.
• Schedule member appointments and work with other teams as needed.
