Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union in Katy, TX, seeks a proactive Member Center professional to engage Members in person or by phone, presenting solutions that span deposits, loans, and digital services while explaining banking technology.

You will resolve inquiries with courtesy and accuracy in a fast-paced setting, cross-sell products, and support community initiatives. Saturday hours are required; this role supports our Mission, Vision, and Values with world-class, REAL Service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience preferred in customer service or banking.
• Experience in banking is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and courtesy are essential.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to document numbers and words accurately.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Opens and maintains deposit accounts including savings, checking, and CDs.
• Completes loan and new account applications and funding; supports loan fulfillment.
• Cross-sells platform products such as checking, savings, and credit cards.
• Troubleshoots member inquiries and resolves issues with courtesy and accuracy.
• Educates members on digital banking solutions and related technologies.
• Handles outbound outreach and supports community engagement activities.
