Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver top-tier customer service to members and guests.

As the first point of contact, you will ensure everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued, enjoying a fun, healthy environment while building value-based relationships that boost member loyalty and support their healthy lifestyle goals. You will handle inquiries, educate members on programs, events, pricing, and policies and assist with transactions, contributing to

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
