Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver exceptional member service as the first point of contact. You will welcome guests, educate them on club offerings, and help build value-based relationships to boost loyalty and support healthy lifestyle goals.

The role requires at least 6 months of service experience, completion of Concierge Certification on hire, and a minimum of 15 hours per week. A friendly, energetic hospitality mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and account changes.
