Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, financial services, retail, contact center, or professional administrative support roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software and standard office equipment; proficiency with call center programs desired.
• Some travel may be required to complete training or fulfill duties.
• Familiarity and comfort with online systems and other technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service via phone, email, chat, and other channels, including outbound calls.
• Assist members with disputes around debit/credit cards, fraud, or other specialized functions.
• Resolve member concerns promptly and take ownership for follow-up and escalation as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of credit union products, policies, and procedures to advise members effectively.
• Document member interactions and transactions accurately in applicable systems.
