Gesa Credit Union is looking for a Card Services Representative I to join our Card Services Department in Richland, WA. You will handle day-to-day card maintenance, assist members and staff with fraud, disputes, and card transactions, and ensure accurate, timely service through multiple channels.

We value confidentiality, strong communication, and a proactive approach to improve card products and member experience while balancing risk.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience, preferably in a credit union environment.
• Proficient with standard office equipment and MS software programs.
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Perform day-to-day card-related maintenance and inquiries.
• Assist with fraud and disputes intake and documentation.
• Provide exceptional service to members and coworkers.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data.
• Stay informed on laws, rules, and policies affecting Card Services.
