State Employees' Credit Union in Raleigh, NC is seeking a diligent Member Services Representative to assist members at the Centennial Parkway location. You will handle transactions, open and maintain accounts, and provide onboarding guidance with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to educate members on a wide range of financial products and services, including Notary, wire transfers, and safe deposit box assistance.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; CCUE preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and build member trust.
• Experience with cash handling and balancing a drawer.
• Interest in educating members on products and services.

Mansioni

• Greet members and handle service requests in person, over the phone, or online.
• Balance cash drawer and process transactions accurately.
• Open and maintain various account types for new and existing members.
• Process wire transfers, notary services, and foreign currency handling.
