Planet Fitness is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet and assist members, sign up new members, log amenities, and handle inquiries with a friendly, professional approach. You will process purchases at the POS, promote fitness classes, and maintain a clean club environment.

Qualifications include customer service experience, basic computer skills, and being at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring a Judgement Free experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
