Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to members, guests, and prospective customers. The role includes greeting guests, handling front desk tasks, checking in members, processing sign-ups, and guiding tours of the facility.

You will update member records, respond to questions, and escalate issues to management as needed while helping keep the club clean and welcoming for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude!
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Excellent customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way.
• Strong listening with empathy and problem solving.
• Diplomacy in all interactions and appropriate language.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones and assist callers.
• Check members into the system and sign up new members.
• Take tours for prospective members.
• Update members' accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions/concerns promptly and elevate to management when needed.
• Help maintain club cleanliness and organization.
