Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience by delivering superior customer service to members, prospective members and guests. You will greet members, handle front desk tasks, sign up new members and lead tours for prospective members.

You will also check members in, update accounts, respond to questions in a timely manner, escalate issues as needed, and help keep the club clean.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude!
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities: answer phones, assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the system; process new member sign-ups; take tours for prospective members.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to inquiries.
• Escalate issues to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club.
