Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others and provide high quality service.
• Effective communication skills and a passion for health living.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and stand for 4 hours.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge to educate members on programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset and builds relationships to create exceptional experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
