Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver exceptional service to members and guests at our club. As the first point of contact, you will greet visitors, handle inquiries, and educate on programming, events, pricing and policies while fostering value-based relationships to support members' healthy lifestyle goals.

The role emphasizes hospitality, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and providing high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Commitment to serve others
• Effective communication skills
• Passion for living a healthy way of life
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Must have good verbal communication
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
• HS graduate or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
• Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes
