Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver a high level of customer service to members, prospective members and guests at our club.

You will greet members, manage front desk activities, assist with sign-ups, tours, account updates and respond to questions promptly. The role typically requires five days per week with about 40–45 hours, with either hourly or salary status, as the business needs.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with exceptional service.
• Handle front desk duties: phones, check-ins, sign-ups.
• Give tours to prospective members.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Address questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain club neatness and cleanliness.
• Work five days per week, about 40–45 hours depending on status.
