Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a high-energy Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience at the front desk. You will greet members and guests, answer phones, check-in members, sign up new members, and provide club tours while maintaining a friendly and professional environment.

Your role includes handling inquiries, updating accounts, and escalating issues to the Assistant Manager as needed. A sense of teamwork and a love for fitness are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and the ability to engage members.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities including answering phones and assisting callers with questions.
• Check members into the system and process new member sign-ups.
• Give tours to prospective members and assist with account updates.
• Respond to questions and concerns promptly and escalate as needed.
• Maintain the club’s neatness and cleanliness; support with tasks as assigned.
