Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience through superior customer service. You will greet members and guests, manage front desk tasks, sign up new members, and conduct tours, while maintaining clean, welcoming club spaces.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first attitude, and reliability. Typical schedule involves five days per week with 40–45 hours depending on hourly or salary status.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests and provide exceptional service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check-in members, sign up new members, give tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions promptly and escalate to management when needed.
• Keep the club neat and presentable.
• Expect to work five days per week, approx. 40–45 hours depending on status (hourly or salary).
