Responsibilities

• Greets members and directs them to appropriate staff.
• Performs opening/closing procedures per policy.
• Uses software to sign in members and monitor wait times.
• Handles basic member activity including address changes, deposits, and card orders.
• Maintains professional business relations with members and informs them of services and policies.
• Recommends services that fit members' financial needs.
• Outbound calls to no-show members to offer options.
• Manages deliveries and mailings; balances totals as needed.
• Performs teller line functions for business members and balances drawer.
• Assists members both inside and outside and with ITM machines.
• Maintains audit controls and security procedures.
• Engages with the community and represents KEMBA at events.
• Prepares reports and letters; supports department activities.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and policies.
