Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education or experience.
• Prior customer service experience, with sales-focused or financial services experience preferred for higher-level placement.
• Demonstrated ability to meet individual sales, service, productivity, and accuracy expectations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Values a high degree of accuracy.
• Professional demeanor and positive, outgoing attitude.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic PC skills, including Windows.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and identify member needs; direct to appropriate service channel.
• Recommend products and services to meet members’ financial needs.
• Resolve member inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Meet or exceed sales, service, and productivity goals.
• Perform teller-related duties and balance cash drawer as needed.
• Maintain audit controls and accurate records for branch operations.
• Establish and maintain professional member relationships and promote branch services.
• Support outbound calling and community outreach to grow member relationships.
