Job summary

KEMBA Financial Credit Union is seeking a Concierge to manage the lobby and uphold our front-line member care philosophy. You will greet members, direct them to staff, quote wait times, and promote appointments while assisting with basic teller duties and account tasks.

In this role you will represent the credit union at events, maintain guidance on policies, and support daily operations by coordinating with branches and departments to deliver friendly, accurate service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude and accuracy are important.
• Experience in banking or member services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and direct them to appropriate staff.
• Perform opening/closing procedures per policy.
• Use software to sign in members and monitor wait times.
• Handle basic member transactions and account maintenance.
• Promote appointments and credit union services to members.
• Represent the branch at community events.
