Flynn Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests, and prospective members. You will greet guests, assist with inquiries, and help manage memberships in a fast-paced, friendly gym environment.

The role emphasizes punctuality, reliability, and teamwork, with opportunities to learn and adapt to new policies and systems while maintaining a clean, welcoming front desk area.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Assist with new and existing memberships on the POS system.
• Maintain a clean and orderly front desk and lobby.
