Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Support membership inquiries and help with sign-ups and renewals.
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean and orderly; assist with facility upkeep.
