Flynn Group is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service in a Planet Fitness club. You will greet members, handle check-ins, tours for prospective members, and assist with memberships while maintaining a clean, welcoming front desk area.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Assist with new memberships and existing membership questions.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean and orderly throughout shifts.
• Complete required trainings and adapt to new policies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and assist with restocking.
