Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Utilize POS system to assist with new memberships and existing membership questions.
• Keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.
• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the facility and equipment.
• Support team operations by adapting to new policies, procedures, and training.
