Flynn Fitness, a brand of Flynn Group, seeks a Member Services Representative to deliver superior member service at our Planet Fitness location. You will greet members, handle inquiries, check in guests, and support front desk operations in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Responsibilities include POS transactions, member communications, and maintaining a clean lobby and facility. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide exceptional service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members and give club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverages or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Assist with new memberships and membership questions at the front desk.
• Maintain a clean and orderly front desk and lobby area.
• Care for facility cleanliness including equipment, windows, mirrors, trash, and re-racking weights.
• Support team with new policies, procedures, and trainings as assigned.
• Frequently clean restrooms/locker rooms and restock supplies.
