Job summary

Flynn Group’s Flynn Fitness brand is seeking a Member Services Representative to join Planet Fitness locations. You will greet members, handle phone inquiries, check in members, provide tours, and promote memberships in a fast-paced fitness environment.

The role requires customer service experience, basic computer skills, and strong communication; the position offers $17 to $19 per hour and a commitment to a judgment-free, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and POS familiarity.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and give club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members.
• Process beverages or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Assist with new and existing memberships using the POS.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean and organized.
• Assist with cleaning and stocking duties around the facility.
• Support team by following policies and completing trainings.
