Flynn Group’s Planet Fitness brand seeks a friendly Member Services Representative to welcome members, answer questions, and guide prospective members through the sign-up process.

You’ll handle front-desk duties, POS transactions, and maintain a clean, welcoming lobby in a busy fitness environment. This role requires reliable, customer-focused individuals with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and POS familiarity
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, delivering exceptional service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers.
• Check in members and provide tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Handle beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS.
• Maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness.
• Assist with facility cleaning and stocking tasks.
• Complete trainings and adopt new policies.
• Restroom/locker room cleaning and upkeep.
• Support team operations and adapt to new systems.
