Job summary

Walmart’s Sam’s Club in Gastonia, NC is seeking a committed front-end associate who delivers member service, assists with purchases, and maintains a clean, safe checkout area.

You will help members with returns, guide self-checkout, showcase products, and support loss prevention while following store policies and safety standards.

The role requires reliable, friendly communication and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and assist with purchases.
• Maintain the checkout area and ensure a clean, organized space.
• Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely manner.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services to members.
• Guide members on using self-checkout and other self-service tools.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds per policy.
• Assist with safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Protect Sam's Club assets through vigilant observation and policy adherence.
