Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club Hendersonville location is seeking a front-end associate to deliver excellent member service and operate checkout areas. You will resolve issues, assist with purchases, and guide customers on self-service technology while upholding safety and security policies.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment.
• Experience using mobile retail applications is preferred.
• Customer-service mindset and ability to resolve member questions.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues at the front line.
• Maintains the checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policy.
• Guides members on self-service technology and available services.
• Maintains safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Assists with training of Frontline Services associates on processes.
