Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the welcoming face for members and guests, delivering friendly, professional service and handling front desk duties. You will check in members, communicate events, and support club operations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced gym environment; CPR certification is preferred or obtainable, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and important announcements.
• Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous, knowledgeable manner.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Promote and sell club products and services.
