Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to welcome members, conduct tours, and drive memberships. The role blends sales, service, and daily club upkeep to maintain a welcoming workout environment.

Ideal candidates have 18+ years old with customer-service experience, strong communication, and basic computer skills. Availability for varied schedules and proactive follow-up are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience in fitness, retail, hospitality or another service environment preferred.
• Comfortable initiating conversations, following up with prospects, and working toward sales goals.
• Friendly, professional and able to communicate effectively with members and teammates.
• Ability to learn membership, sales and payment systems.
• Dependable and attentive to detail, balancing service, sales and cleaning responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, complete check-ins, and address account alerts.
• Conduct personalized club tours and explain membership options.
• Achieve membership sales goals through follow-up, referrals and promotions.
• Explain club amenities, promote upgrades and connect to personal training services.
• Process memberships, payments and purchases accurately following cash handling procedures.
• Record lead information and follow-up activity in company systems.
• Answer calls professionally and resolve member questions or concerns.
