Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the welcoming face of the club, greeting members, handling check-ins, answering questions, and promoting services. You will ensure a positive, professional experience and support a smooth front desk operation.

The role requires strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment; prior hospitality or retail experience is preferred. A high school diploma and eligibility to work in the United States are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and check them in accurately.
• Communicate club events, promotions and announcements.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services and maintain knowledge of programs and hours.
• Maintain a clean, professional front desk and work area.
• Support club initiatives to improve member engagement.
