Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC operates CRUNCH Fitness locations and seeks a Member Services Representative who will be the first and last person members interact with at our facilities. The role focuses on guest greetings, check-ins, answering calls, relaying event information, and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.

The ideal candidate will have CPR certification, experience with children, and the required local/state certifications.

Qualifications

• Obtain or maintain CPR Certification
• Experience working with children
• Certifications, as local/state laws require

Responsibilities

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Always maintain professional disposition
• Sell retail products
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED)
