Crunch Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Agent to create an outstanding first impression and deliver an exceptional member experience. This in-person role focuses on greeting members, guiding tours, enrolling new members, and supporting daily operations at the front desk.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, energetic, with strong communication and problem-solving skills; CPR/AED certification within 30 days is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support retail sales and promote club amenities.
• Assist with light cleaning and report maintenance.
