You will assist with Wi‑Fi changes, package deliveries, directions, and event planning, ensuring accurate invoicing and smooth daily center activities. Strong communication and ownership of tasks are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and empathy with customers.
• Ability to own problems and find solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable in fast-changing environments.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, build community within the center.
• Handle admin tasks and support customer needs to keep operations smooth.
• Assist with Wi-Fi changes, directions, package handling, and invoicing.
• Organize events and help with posters, invites, and notices.
