Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate to help build and maintain a thriving center community, handling administrative and support duties to keep customer businesses running smoothly. You will greet customers, assist with Wi‑Fi, packages, directions, projector setup, and invoicing, while coordinating with center staff to ensure service excellence and timely events.

This role offers a stable, daytime schedule with no standard nights or weekends, competitive benefits, and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Take ownership of problems and solve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain your center community and assist customers with admin and support needs.
• Assist customers with Wi-Fi codes, packages, directions, projector setup, and coffee needs.
• Ensure services are charged correctly and invoices are accurate.
• Plan and organize next week's networking event and create e-invites.
• Open service tickets for room comfort issues and help close the day with tidying and closing activities.
