IWG is seeking a Community Associate in Hunt Valley, Maryland to nurture a thriving center community and deliver excellent guest services. You’ll handle customer needs, coordinate center services, and help operations run smoothly to support our members.

You’ll engage with guests, manage daily center tasks, and contribute to events and networking activities while maintaining a friendly, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Good communicator with ability to build strong professional relationships and empathy
• Able to handle multiple tasks while delivering excellent service
• Willingness to own and resolve problems
• Positive and adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries (Wi-Fi, packages, directions) and route calls as needed
• Ensure services are properly charged for accurate invoicing
• Open, sort and escalate tickets in the service portal
• Plan and coordinate center networking events and community activities
• Close the day by tidying the center and guiding groups to the exit
