IWG in Nashville, TN is seeking a Community Associate to build and maintain a thriving center community while handling essential administrative tasks for members. You will ensure smooth daily operations so customers can focus on their business.

A typical day involves welcoming guests, assisting with wifi codes, directing to rooms, setting up projectors, managing invoices, and coordinating with the Community Manager on events. Strong communication is key.

Qualifications

• A good communicator with empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Willing to take ownership of problems and solve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic and able to adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and maintain a welcoming center environment.
• Help with room directions, wifi codes, projectors, and meeting setups.
• Process invoices and ensure services are accurately charged.
• Manage tickets and coordinate with the Community Manager on events.
• Keep center notices and posters up-to-date; support networking activities.
