Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check members in, sign-ups, tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions and concerns and elevate to management when needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and organization.
