You will manage check-ins, assist with accounts, handle calls, process payments, and help keep the gym clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent reading, speaking and writing in English; multilingualism a plus.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and create a welcoming environment.
• Monitor gym access and ensure active accounts and policy adherence.
• Assist with account questions and updates in person or by phone.
• Handle incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately.
• Support retention efforts for memberships and personal training services.
• Perform opening and closing duties and process payments at the POS.
• Enforce gym policies and maintain cleanliness across all areas.
• Report safety, facility, or equipment concerns to management.
